Celem Projektu by\u0142a aktywizacja spo\u0142eczno- zawodowa 48 os\u00f3b zagro\u017conych wykluczeniem spo\u0142ecznym i ich otoczenia poprzez wykorzystanie instrument\u00f3w aktywizacji spo\u0142ecznej, zawodowej i edukacyjnej.<\/p><p>Grup\u0119 docelow\u0105 projektu stanowi\u0142o 48 os\u00f3b zagro\u017conych wykluczeniem spo\u0142ecznym, biernych\u00a0 zawodowo, mieszkaj\u0105cych na terenie wojew\u00f3dztwa wielkopolskiego, w tym 20 os\u00f3b<br \/>z niepe\u0142nosprawno\u015bciami.
